The main cabin is divided into several comfortable spaces, with a large lounge forward with a comprehensive entertainment system and a large galley aft featuring all of the appliances you would expect in a modern kitchen.
The nav station is an impressive command centre with multiple GPS, VHF, AIS and autopilot systems for safety and redundancy as well as a wifi network installed.
The flying bridge offers unparalleled 360 degree visibility and is protected with a strong bimini and dodger. All of the sheets and main lines come back to the cockpit allowing for easy and safe manoeuvring of the boat when shorthanded or in heavy weather conditions.
She has a full inventory of sails which have been replaced as necessary as well as both a sea and a para anchor.
She has an incredible array of systems, including watermaker, generator and both air conditioning and heating systems, making her a comfortable home no matter what region, climate or season you choose to cruise. She has twelve 65w solar panels and is wired for both 12v & 24v, 110v mains with step down system to allow use of 220v shore power, making her at home no matter where you choose to berth. All switches and buttons are helpfully labelled throughout, making her an easy boat to learn.
She is a regretful sale for the previous owner who had to leave suddenly, as is clear from the amount of stores, spares, equipment and accessories included. She has been waiting for her new owners for a while, so there are a few little jobs needed to get her back into top condition but with so much equipment and all the mod cons (everything from a breadmaker to night vision goggles!) at hand you can just drop in and start living on board.

Accommodation:
The port hull features a double cabin forward, with attached workspace, and a double cabin aft which features a second, private companionway that leads to a work and storage space located behind the galley. Starboard, we have the owner's cabin with private bathroom and several large compartments, including hanging lockers, shelving and cupboards which provide an incredible amount of storage space and room to move.
Galley:
Galley is immediately to port on entry to the boat. It features a three burner gas stove/oven and a Domedic combination refridgerator/freezer that was installed in Australia in 2008.
The galley features all the mod cons you would expect in a modern apartment kitchen such as stainless steel double sink, toaster, breadmaker and microwave oven as well as all cookware, cutlery, plates etc. A XINREX S-2A gas detector is installed in the galley. The boat has a hot water heater.
A Force 10 barbecue with its own propane tank is mounted externally.
Showers:
One in each hull, with hot and cold water. Shower sumps and pumps.
Heads:
Two. Starboard is electric with 35 gallon holding tank and an electra scan waste treatment system. Port is a manual Lavac with holding tank
Electrics & Batteries:
The boat has both 220 VAC and 110VAC systems with shore power cable and inlet. There is a 220/110 portable step down transformer for connecting to 220v shorepower. A Kubota diesel generator with removable cover is installed. It features with a 75amp 24v alternator and can be started and controlled from the galley.
12x 65w solar panels, paired to provide 6x 24v 65w.
The boat has both 24v & 12v systems running, with heavy electrical devices drawing from the 24v system. There are two invertors, a Vectron Multiplus 3000kw/7amp invertor/charger and a secondary invertor used to power the DVD, monitor and printer. Power points and 12v sockets are available throughout the boat.
House batteries are four Lifeline 4D AGMs, wired to form two 24v sets with a total capacity of approx 400amp hours. Start battery is a Northstar AGM. The generator has its own battery, a Optima Gold AGM. Both engines have both usual 12v alternators as well as high output (120amp) externally regulated 24v alternators.
