These Ted Brewer designed yachts are true cruising yachts. This particular boat has two saloons, one in the raised saloon and another down forward. It has two helms, on in the cockpit and one in the raised saloon, both independent cable steering. For a 40 footer it really does pack in a lot of interior volume.
Above, she has good GRP decks with some deck prisms and all round easy to move about.

A very interesting layout with an upper and lower saloon. The companionway steps are only two steps, a nice shallow entry to the yacht. The upper saloon in the raised section has the galley and inside helm with fantastic all round vision and the lower saloon just forward makes for such a roomy cruising yacht. The owner's double full forward is also well ventilated. Built in Taiwan, these yachts have excellent solid teak joinery and this yacht just needs to be re varnished to look tip top again.
The galley is located in the raised saloon and a nice set up.
One, hot and cold water.
One manual, no holding tank.
The yacht is a 110VAC and 12VDC set up.
Battery charging from an AEROGEN 6 wind generator, solar panles totaling 385 watts and modest 10 amp portable battery charger.
Two automatic electric bilge pumps.
Sloop rigged with a keel stepped double spreader alloy mast. Standing rigging is only five years old
CARIBE RIB with 9.8hp TOHATSU.
