Roberts Offshore 44 - GRP
Sloop - EUR59,000 |
|
This
professionally built Roberts Offshore 44, cutter rigged sloop,
is now completing a full 'make-over', which includes freshly
spray painted top sides, decks, cockpit and cabin roof in "Awlgrip".
Plus the hull has been expertly prepared and has new coatings of
anti-foul.
The interior, which has an average headroom of 6'4' (2.0m),
has also been finished in two-part white epoxy paint to
bulkheads and the upholstery throughout is in new condition.
You'll be pleasantly surprised by the large size of the aft
cabin, which has a queen-size bed and separate comfortable
settee in the dressing area, which has lots of cupboards and
hanging space. Another excellent feature is the double access to
the aft cabin, by either going from the saloon and through the
two-way bathroom, or via steps down a spacious hatch, which is
aft of the cockpit
This blue water passage-maker is powered by a reliable 62hp
Perkins 4.236, with only 1500 hours. Included is a NEW Stainless
Steel Mako 1500w heavy duty anchor winch, which is yet to be
installed. (See photo). Presently there's a manually operated winch.
Altogether, she's a great cruiser that you'll be proud
to own and set sail safely for anywhere in the world that you
choose.
The owners will also consider taking a smaller yacht in good
condition as part payment. Please contact YBC for more details
and an appointment for inspection.
